Exchange Window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of product delivery.
How to Exchange
- Go to the Exchange Policy section on our website
- Enter your order details
- Select the item and size/style you'd like to exchange it for
- We'll pick up the original item and ship your exchange once received
Conditions for Exchange
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- One exchange per order
