Return and Exchange Policy
At Chheent Jaipur, we want you to love what you ordered. That's why we offer easy exchanges on all orders - if the fit or size isn't right, we'll help you get the right one.
As a small, growing brand, we currently offer exchanges only, not returns or refunds. This helps us keep our operations sustainable and continue offering quality products at fair prices.
Exchange Window You can request an exchange within 14 days of product delivery.
How to Exchange
- Log in to your account on chheent.in
- Go to My Orders
- Select your order and click Return / Exchange
- Choose the item and the size/style you'd like to exchange it for
- We'll arrange pickup of the original item and ship your exchange once it's received and quality checked.
Conditions for Exchange
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Exchange request must be raised within 14 days of delivery
- One exchange per order
Exchange Fee A flat exchange fee of ₹149 applies per exchange, covering pickup and reshipping of your new item.
